We have an ongoing free shipping offer for all custom signs over $250 and that are in the US. To ship to Canada Or Hawaii we charge an extra fee. You do not need to enter a coupon code in checkout, it will automatically be taken care of on the payment page. This offer applies to Ground shipping (lower 48 US states only).

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to US and Canada. Because of the nature of neon signs and our breakage warranties, we cannot offer shipping via Air (2nd Day or 3rd Day Air). In an effort to charge our non continental customers only the shipping costs incurred, we will send a second invoice with the exact shipping overage. The range of this second invoice will be from $50 to $100 USD. Thank you for your understanding.

US Ground Shipping - 6 to 10 Business Days
Canada Ground Shipping - 10 to 14 Business Days


Double check your shipping address before submitting an order. Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to a faulty shipping address may be shipped back to the customer, but an additional shipping and handling fee will apply. To avoid delays please make sure to double check your shipping address.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but custom neon signs take about 3 weeks to be shipped and there are no returns or refunds on custom signs. While every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, some orders may experience short delays due to quality inspections and short periods of restocking. If we expect an extended delay on your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Domestic orders have a 6-10 business day delivery timeframe. International orders can take 2-6 week to reach its destination (Canada delivery timeframe is 10 to 14 business days).

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to get your neon signs to you as soon as possible. However, 1-2-3 Neon Signs is not responsible for delays by shipping carriers, Customs inspections, and any other hindrance out of our control. Please know that 1-2-3 Neon Signs is on your side and we will work with you to make sure you receive your items promptly.

Backorder policy. We strive to maintain most of our signs in stock at all times, but sometimes your sign will need to be manufactured before we can ship it out. If this happens (usually the case for Neon Beer Signs) we will notify you shortly after you place your order. Wait times usually range between 4-6 weeks for an out-of-stock neon sign.

Note: Our sales office is located in Lancaster, PA but your neon sign will ship from our manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. Please keep in mind when thinking about your specific delivery timeframe.


RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of neon signs, there are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

The only returns that will be accepted are those to repair manufacturing malfunctions. To return a neon sign you MUST contact us within 24 hours of delivery by calling 570-359-4636 or by sending us an e-mail at returns@123neonsigns.com so we may give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item in question must be unused (tested only) and inside its original packaging. Most signs are shipped so that they can be tested prior to removing it from the inner box.

Breakage not reported within 24 hours of delivery will result in all replacement parts being sent at the expense of the customer. Should your sign need repair during the warranty period, you are agreeing that 1-2-3 Neon Signs will provide the required parts that need to be replaced and that you will be the one responsible for making the necessary repairs.

In certain cases pictures may be required to determine the extent of the damage and to determine what course of action should be taken.

Note: Do NOT break the seal on the inner box or remove the sign from the inner box or you will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Damage/breakage claims past 48 hours of delivery or without RA# will be refused. No exceptions will be made.


Warranty Information - Business Neon Signs

First 30 Days - You must keep all original packaging for duration of warranty period (if applicable). If original boxes are not kept, we cannot issue a return label.

After 30 days - Customer is responsible for getting their sign packaged and shipped back to us for repairs. Please be sure to insure the package to prevent further damage to your sign.

Note: All electrical components, including transformers, come with a 1 year warranty. Hot SWAP Neon Transformers come with a 2 year warranty

Note:Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for initial shipping to our warehouse for testing.

All neon clocks & neon pictures carry a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. Shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
